I had an Elements external hard drive that stopped working. Best Buy sold me a Passport external hard drive on 11/13, but I can't get it to work. The hard drive icon appeared when I first plugged it in but didn't back up anything, and now it doesn't appear at all. I haven't tried accessing the drive on a different computer. What should I do to troubleshoot and fix this issue?
