I had an old Facebook account with the email *@.* and password Aqualung1956. Due to issues with iTunes, I created a new Facebook account with the email *@.*. I recently deactivated my old account after an accident and now want to retrieve photos and a specific video from the old account to show my sick mother, who might be encouraged to play the piano again if she sees it. I have a Samsung Chromebook Plus tablet. The power light has been blinking green then white and won't power on. I tried holding the power and refresh buttons until the light turned red, but now there is no blinking light at all. I have also done a hard reset by holding down the power button, but nothing happens. There has been no recent damage to the device. What could be the issue and is there a charge for the call?
