I had money taken out of my checking account yesterday that said Microsoft Xbox. I'm 70 years old, don't own an Xbox, and don't know why this was taken out of my account. I live alone and nobody has had access to my debit card. What should I do to resolve this issue and get my money back?

I have an LG model 65SK8000POA TV. I need to access the optical digital audio output port on the TV. The illustration that came with the TV shows a square receptacle which would match the cable from my device. The receptacle on the TV, however, is a black plastic insert with a round hole which is not compatible with my device. How do I hook up?
