I have a Belkin modem model F5D7234-4 V5 with a serial number 12004723407729, and a Comcast modem Scientific Atlantic model DPC2100. All lights are lit up, and my laptop says it's connected, but it won't go to the internet and shows 'cannot display webpage.' When I diagnose the problem, it says 'not connected.' How can I resolve this issue?
