I have a blocked Hotmail account. What do I need to do to have it unblocked? I am unable to reset my password as the account directly goes to a page stating it is blocked.

I keep hearing that emails sent to me are getting bounced, primarily from AOL.com users. One person sent me a bounce message indicating that the email was sent to "drbill53"@gmail.com instead of my correct address. This has been happening for several months. Have you heard of others having similar problems, and should I consider changing my email service or address?

I tried to install MS XP purchased online over what may have been a counterfeit version, or so MS was telling me. Now I get the "status.msi" message and can't shut down the computer normally. Is there a solution? My computer works okay until now, but I'm not in a position to buy another newer computer yet.

My Toshiba netbook NB205-N210 won't start. It displays 'TOSHIBA' but nothing further. Safe start (Fn+F8) doesn't work, and I get no response from Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I've tried tapping F2 and Delete from the outset, but no menus appear. I've also tried various power and reset procedures, including removing the battery and holding the power button, but there's no change. Could it be a battery or hardware problem?
