I have a brand new ASUS K Series laptop. I have downloaded iTunes to my computer. I have an external hard drive with about ten thousand songs on it and am trying to download them to make CDs. The problem is that when I plug in my hard drive, I can see it on my computer but the files do not pop up and I am not prompted to transfer files. Is there a problem with my new computer or am I doing something wrong?

I have a Dell Dimension E521. After installing Avast and some tune-up utilities, the keyboard stopped working before Windows could boot up, preventing me from accessing the BIOS. I tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery, but now I get the error messages 'Diskette Drive 0 seek failure' and 'Keyboard failure' with instructions to press F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup. However, the keyboard has no power and I can't press any keys. This PC has no PS2 ports, so I can't use a PS2 keyboard. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I took over updating the Facebook page for my church, but the previous admin's wife is still listed as the admin and cannot be removed. I tried to delete the page following Facebook's instructions and waited 14 days, but the page is still not deleted. Now, I can't even sign in, and I can't change the password because the confirmation number goes to the previous admin's phone number. How can I resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble configuring Outlook Express for one user on our LAN at church. Other users are OK. The specific issue is that I can't see incoming mail, although I may be able to send mail. What settings should I use to resolve this?
