I have a broken glass on my Surface Pro 4, purchased in May 2016. Everything still works, but the surface plate of glass is cracked. How can I get this repaired, or is it necessary to buy a new Surface Pro? Where can I get it repaired, and do I need to clear out the tablet before taking it in for repairs?

My computer is stuck with an unknown password and I can't access my Yahoo email. I have tried to change the password but now it's stuck with a password I don't recognize. I have taken the computer to Best Buy and a private repair guy, but neither could fix it. How can I regain access to my Yahoo email?

I echoed their words with a question mark to highlight the absurdity, but Facebook's automated system banned me without considering the context.
