My Acer laptop with Windows 10 has shut down and when I restarted it, I could only log in as a guest. My usual email login was not accepted. Additionally, I am unable to get the volume to work. What can I do to resolve these issues?

Is a program of support services named Premium Techie Support legit or a scam? They contacted me and want to set me up with technical support, security, and internet services. I'm worried it's a scam because they took a lot of my money and there are ads now that I am not familiar with, many beginning with the words 'Advanced....' The last one was Advanced Mac Diagnosis Pro.
