I have a Canon PowerShot SX60 HS. When I download pictures onto my Windows 7, 64-bit computer and delete them from the SD memory chip, the new pictures always start at 01, 02, 03, etc. Previously, they continued from higher numbers. I reformat the SD card after each session, but even when I just delete the pictures, the numbering restarts. I have set the camera's numbering to 'continuous,' but it doesn't help. How can I fix this?

How do I cancel my account with OurTime.com? I've tried but they don't let me do it, and they unexpectedly charged me more than expected. I've attempted to follow their instructions to cancel through my account page, but nothing happens. I also removed my profile, but that didn't work either. I just want to get out of this site.

Upgrading to Windows 10, my system hangs with a blue screen displaying 'Hi There, Welcome Back.' It won't go past that point. What can I do to resolve this issue?
