My card is locked and I need it unlocked. I've been trying to call Direct Express, but they keep hanging up due to high call volume. What can I do?

My laptop stopped working and said to check the internet connection. I was at my friend's house with Cox internet and got the same message when I came home. I usually access Cox through a web browser. I've tried troubleshooting with two different carriers who suggested checking the router and plug. My laptop is only two months old.

This morning I received a call stating that they were checking on a purchase made to my account for over $500.00. I did not and would not be making a $500.00 purchase at Amazon or anywhere else online. This is another attempt at fraud on my account. Have you made any recent changes to your payment info, or your jo-2050 account in general? I believe I may have changed my password and may have removed a former credit card's information but I'm not positive about that.

I need to know my Amazon login and password for my Fire Stick. I do not want to pay more money and just need my login and password. What should I do?
