I have a computer screen (Acer G226HQL) where I cannot adjust the focus using the on-screen buttons. When I try to scroll down from contrast to other settings like focus, it automatically jumps to color temperature. How can I fix this issue?

I can't recover my Google account because it's showing a location in Orlando, FL, and I'm in Port Lavaca, TX. The device shown is an Android 10, but I'm using a Moto g stylus 5G - 2023. I've had to do a factory reset last week and have changed my password at least 20 times in the past 6 months. I suspect I have an Evil Twin Wifi or my solar is hacked, and I'm forbidden from changing my Voicemail greeting. What can I do to recover my account and address these issues?
