I have a Dell 8300 desktop computer. The USB ports stopped working one day, even though the computer reports they are all working. I've checked all 8 ports, Device Manager, and ran Sisoft Sandra, but nothing shows a conflict or issue. The USB ports on a PCI USB card work, but not the ones on the motherboard. What could be the issue and what else can I try?
