However, when I try to log in, the tablet acknowledges me but displays the message 'We can't sign in to your account.' I have an HP 15 laptop. The only screens that come up are the HP welcome screen, then it goes to a screen that says 'Installing Windows' and shows '64% done' for hours. I am not intentionally upgrading or reinstalling Windows due to an error. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My Adobe DC will not scan from the ADF but will scan fine using ScanGear or from the platen. Do I have the most up-to-date drivers for my MX922? The printer is 2 years old, I'm using a Windows 10 PC, and the issue started since the installation of Adobe DC. Adobe thinks it might be the printer drivers.
