I have a Dell Latitude E5430 running Windows 10. When my computer starts up, I get three pop-up boxes: one says 'trying to install Windows,' another says 'can't find market research .msi.' I'm not very tech-savvy and my computer automatically installs updates. What can I do to resolve these pop-ups?

I had a ASUS DSL-AC68U router that was damaged by a lightning strike. I need a replacement router that can provide good signal coverage in a 2-story house with 3420 square feet, brick walls, and multiple wireless devices including iPads, iPhones, a MacBook, and a TV connected via WiFi for internet movies. I also have a printer connected to the router. What router should I replace it with?

My domain is supposed to be renewed today, but when I enter my credit card details, they don't save. My domain is hiitp://jeannefiedlerlovepoems.net. Should it have been renewed already? My computer is an HP Pavilion with Windows 10, and I updated my credit card information in November.
