I have a Dell PowerVault 745N. On boot-up, it stays on for about 10-15 seconds then shuts off. I can't turn it on from the power button; I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I've tried reseating the memory, unplugging everything and plugging it back in, and cleaning out the dust, but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

I have a video of the Le Mans Grand Prix that I copied and burned onto a CD-RW on my laptop. The burn was successful and the video played back well on the laptop, but when I placed the disc into a DVD player, it was rejected, indicating it read the disc as wrong. Can you tell me what the problem could be?
