I have a Dell Studio 1555 laptop with Windows Vista that has been running slow and experiencing frequent BSODs. I've tried running CHKDSK and dealing with an adware infection, but the issues persist. I want to restore factory settings, but pressing F8 during startup does not bring up the Dell factory image restore menu. How can I fix this?

I have just loaded Pinnacle ver 20 on my Dell All-in-One computer running Windows 10 64-bit and am having problems getting it to work. I would like to get Michael Hannigan who solved the problem before. I have only installed Pinnacle 20 recently. If you can get Hannigan, please tell him it's the same problem as before.

I need help with Outlook 2003 and system restore. My Outlook is used only as a contact database and calendar, and it's not connected to the internet. The contact settings have changed, and system restore is off, which I can't turn back on. I'm looking for remote assistance to resolve these issues within the limits of my subscription plan.

I cannot access my MS Office products on my new computer. I have not changed any settings or passwords since setting up the account on purchasing the machine. I am unfamiliar with password reset disks or recovery utilities.

I need to amend my 2018 taxes. I have TurboTax 2018 on my computer but it only shows my daughter's return. I think I did mine on a different computer which I don't have access to. How do I amend this return? Do I need to purchase another 2018 TurboTax?
