I have a Dell XPS 15 5500. It is 3 years old and I'm on my 3rd AC adapter. I think I need replacement of the port where the adapter plugs in. What's the best way to get this done? I'm running Windows 10 and have replaced the AC adapter, but it still won't charge, though it does charge another laptop. This seems to be a known Dell problem.

My W2app stopped responding, so I deleted and reinstalled it. However, this time, I couldn't access my account through Facebook and had to get a new password. When I opened the game, none of my information was there, and I was started again with zero points and none of my games. Can you help me get back to my old account?

I assume you have all my prior messages, do you? I have already answered the brand and model of my computer and the Operating System (OS). Are you Intuit? How long has this been going on with my computer? What have you tried so far? Please read all my prior messages. I also asked for answers to the two questions I just asked.

Why can’t I see new posts from friends on Facebook? When I select the ‘new posts’ tab under my ‘friends’ tab, it says there are no new posts from any of my friends. However, when I select an individual profile, I see new posts from them.
