I have a fake person named Amy Erickson on Facebook who is threatening to go viral with all my FB information because I won't get involved in card scams. Additionally, my old account under the name Micheal Fitch has been compromised. How can I handle these issues and get these accounts removed or secured?

I replaced my keyboard and wireless plug-in for my computer, and now I can't log into Facebook using my correct credentials. I get a message saying I'm temporarily blocked for going 'too fast' and that my login info is incorrect, which is not true. I haven't posted on Facebook since 2017, only read others' posts. I am unable to log into my Yahoo email and keep receiving a message stating 'You have reached your SMS limit. Try again in 24 hours.' I have not sent any SMS messages recently and have tried rebooting my phone and Chromebook. I can log into my Gmail account but not Yahoo. What could be the issue and what should I do?
