I have a Gateway computer with a zx425g-308 scanner that is showing a communication problem. The error message says 'a problem has prevented the document from being scanned. please try again, or for more troubleshooting info see help and support or the info that came with scanner.' The problem started about 8 weeks ago. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
