I have a Gateway Series 710 X with Windows XP Home Edition Operating System. The PC lost its CD Drive, RW Disk Burner, and USB ports. Tech Support worked on the PC for 3 days, updating drivers, etc., and concluded that the problem must be a hardware issue. Is there anything else that needs to be checked to determine it's a hardware problem before I buy new disk drives?
