I have a Gmail account that is not receiving mail. It accepts messages from Just Answer but not from anyone else. I've uninstalled Inbox mail notifier, but I'm still seeing the number of emails received in my Hotmail account, while my Gmail account always shows 0. I'm using IE9 on Windows 7.

I have just loaded Pinnacle ver 20 on my Dell All-in-One computer running Windows 10 64-bit and am having problems getting it to work. I would like to get Michael Hannigan who solved the problem before. I have only installed Pinnacle 20 recently. If you can get Hannigan, please tell him it's the same problem as before.

I need help with Outlook 2003 and system restore. My Outlook is used only as a contact database and calendar, and it's not connected to the internet. The contact settings have changed, and system restore is off, which I can't turn back on. I'm looking for remote assistance to resolve these issues within the limits of my subscription plan.

I cannot access my MS Office products on my new computer. I have not changed any settings or passwords since setting up the account on purchasing the machine. I am unfamiliar with password reset disks or recovery utilities.

I need to amend my 2018 taxes. I have TurboTax 2018 on my computer but it only shows my daughter's return. I think I did mine on a different computer which I don't have access to. How do I amend this return? Do I need to purchase another 2018 TurboTax?
