I have a Gmail account (XXX@XXXXXX.XXX) that I can't open because my ex-girlfriend originally set it up. I recently tried to access it but it now requires an ID and password, which I never had to use before. I tried resetting the password but it didn't work. My mom just passed away, and I urgently need access to my email.

I am currently running Windows Vista and want to upgrade to Windows 7. I am worried about losing my iTunes playlists during the upgrade. Is there a way to back up my playlists?

My PC was connected to a Sony LCD for over a year without resolution issues. Yesterday, it suddenly restarted and the resolution changed to 800x600. I tried to change it back to 1600x1200, but the screen shows a warning 'Unsupported signal, please check the device output.' I checked all connections and outputs, and everything works fine except the resolution. What happened and how can I fix it?

I am using a monthly sales spreadsheet formula that calculates daily units, customers, $ sales, and the average $ per sale. I have included a week ending total row with the same formula, but it is now adding the week end total to the month to date total at the bottom of the page. How do I change the month to date total so that it excludes the week ending totals?
