I am using Adobe Photoshop CS2 on an iMac. The Pencil tool will not drag the length of the picture I am working on, only about 150 pixels at a time, requiring me to scroll and continue. This is causing significant time loss and affecting my work. How can I set up the Pencil tool to work seamlessly across the entire length of the picture, similar to how it worked in Photoshop 5.0 LE?

I want to copy a screen that seems to be protected. I don't intend to sell or distribute this information; it's just for my use as a student. I've tried using the Print Screen key and a trial version of Snagit, but neither worked. The screen I want to copy is from a site that seems to recognize screen capture software. How can I capture this screen for my personal use?
