In Outlook 2010, I have 24 color-coded email rules for read/unread fonts and colors. I can't click on 'add' in the conditional formatting rules window unless I delete an email keyword. Is there a maximum number of choices, and is there a way to add more color/font options by creating more keywords in rules? Have I exceeded the number of allowed choices with 24?

I downloaded the malware site you suggested, but the problem of dropping emails persists. When a pop-up shows, it indicates that 8 emails are loading, but only 2 or 3 are available to read, with the rest disappearing. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
