I have a LaCie Rugged hard drive, but I don't know the serial number or model. I've misplaced the orange connecting wire that fits the port in the middle. How do I get a replacement wire? What kind of port is it, and can I use another wire I already have? Can I transfer data using the port on the left without the middle port connected, or do I need both the power cord and the middle port connected?

I am experiencing internet connection issues at home for the past two weeks. My WIFI is slow or not working on our phones, and we get an error message when streaming on our TV. I have restarted the modem and router several times. I saw a Spectrum vehicle in our neighborhood and am wondering if there are any issues in our area. My address is in Morganton, NC 28655. Do I need to wait until I'm at home to resolve this?

I am getting a playback error when trying to play my Amazon downloaded music on my iPhone 7. When I click on songs to play, I get a playback error message that says to go to settings or connect to Wi-Fi, but I have already checked the settings and still can't resolve it. Additionally, I occasionally get a 'Cannot Verify Server Identity' error from imap.gmail.
