Would you PLEASE stop this incessant "BEBO" from showing up every time I just want to read attachments from fellow students? Please, just remove it. I don't want it, didn't order it, have been trying to get rid of it for months yet here it is...a constant nuisance. I'm at the end of my rope.

I get an 'insufficient range' error when working with a PDF file scanned with an Avision scanner A220. The PDF document is blank. This happens when using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 after creating the PDF file and when inserting an Excel attachment or OCR scanning the document. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

My HP VS17e monitor suddenly stopped responding to the power button. The button does not light up and there is no 'click' felt when pressed. The power cord is securely plugged in. Can this be fixed by me or do I need to visit a repair facility?

Yesterday I signed up for your $25.90 plan (I have broadband) and when I try to get on a site that pertains to McAfee virus control, the screen flashes on for a second and then goes back to my wallpaper screen, making it impossible to get back to my welcome screen unless I restart my computer. I am trying to find out if I now have McAfee and want to put an icon on my wallpaper screen, plus correct the screen flashing issue.
