I deregistered my Amazon Prime account and cannot register using my present password. I have a Fire Stick that is two years old, and I want to register with my account. How can I update my password?

When I try to print a PDF form, I get a message that says it is not connecting to the printer. I can print things from my Word files, but not PDFs. We haven't updated the printer driver software, changed the printer ink, and cleaned the heads, but still can't print PDFs.

I wish to stay on the standard cost of $15.99 per month. Is that registered for me to stay on that plan? Also, I used to get emails telling me what the latest shows are now on, but don’t seem to be getting any lately. Do you no longer send that advice? I use BigPond as my email provider and have checked the outbox with no error messages. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block me from sending mail? I did receive the message regarding the change from premium to standard. Am I still on standard?
