I have a Mac Mini running OSX 10.9.5. I need help opening two .pdf files that I believe are password-protected. I have already paid a $39 fee for assistance, but the previous specialist was unable to resolve the issue. I am elderly and have difficulty understanding technical instructions. How can I get these files opened, and how do I cancel my subscription to Just Answer?

My hard drive died recently and I had it fixed by Apple. However, in trying to reset up my Mac, I somehow lost the numbers required to set up the Elgato hybrid device. I would appreciate it if you would send me the registration numbers so I can enjoy my Elgato hybrid TV again. Thanks, XXXXX
