I have a mini Mac bought new in 2019 that was recently repaired by Geek Squad, who replaced the hard drive and changed an icon on opening. Now, I cannot open the Mac because it is asking for a password, which I never had before. I've tried various passwords, including company name, boss's name, my name, and any number on the sticker on the unit, but nothing works. How can I resolve this issue without bothering my boss due to his family emergencies?

I can’t get my email. It either says no device available to receive messages or that I am under 18. I’m 76. My internet connection is good, and I'm checking Gmail from a browser. There are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me, and there's nothing else the Email Expert should know.
