I have a Neat5 desktop scanner connected to my four-year-old PC with Windows 7 via USB. The scanner hangs up when trying to go online. I previously downloaded several programs with antivirus software to solve other computer issues. What settings should I use for Internet Explorer to resolve this issue?

I cannot access my Microsoft Money 2007 files. I have tried entering the correct password, but it says the login or password is incorrect. I cannot get beyond the login page, and this is specifically asking for my MS Money password, which is the same as my email password. I have not upgraded from a previous version and my LiveID ends with @msn.com. I have also tried logging into msn.com with my credentials, but it does not work.

I have a Microsoft Word document with a picture in .doc format that I want to edit. I tried copying it to Adobe Elements 10 but received a message about the file extension. Is there a way to transfer the picture to a photo editing program and change its extension to JPEG so it can be opened in Adobe Elements 10 or another program?
