We have a Lexmark Laser Printer E260dn that has been having issues setting as the default printer and printing reliably after recent Microsoft updates. The computer is connected to a local PC using Windows 7 and is transitioning to Server 2012 SR2. What could be causing these issues and how can they be resolved?

I have Windows 7 Professional on my office computer and I have been playing Internet Checkers for years. However, Windows 7 Professional is now locking up with ERROR CODE (1x80041004). None of the techs have been able to solve the problem. They mentioned that Microsoft is no longer supporting their Internet Checkers, but I know this isn't true as I am playing Checkers on three other computers. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

There are several channels we can't receive, including a religious channel called "Shepherd's Chapel," "Cloo," DIY, GSN, ION, Outdoor Channel, and Science. We used to get the religious channel through Dish on the Inspiration Channel. Is there any way we can get these programs? My husband wants to go back to Dish if we can't get these channels. What service are we paying for currently, and is there a way to access these channels through our current provider or online?

I turned on my Roku last night (a 2 I believe) and got the tones when Roku booted up, but when I played a movie via Amazon, I got picture but no sound. I've tried redoing the HDMI connections and even changed the ports, but the issue persists. Any ideas what I'm missing?

The keyboard on my HP Pavilion Notebook PC DV9927CL (model FE698UA) is not printing all letters to the screen, and I have to use the on-screen keyboard. I have cleaned the keys, replaced the keyboard, and tried system restore and Microsoft FixIt, but the problem persists. What else can I do to fix this issue?
