I’m updating my home area on my TV, but it keeps buffering and then says it couldn’t detect my mobile device. I can access the settings menu on my TV, and the error message first occurred when I tried to upload YouTube TV a few days ago. My TV is brand new, and I can stream Netflix without issues. I have another smart TV in my garage that streams YouTube TV just fine. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I need to purchase HEVC Video Extensions, but the Microsoft Store only shows options for the United States. I live in Canada and have signed into my Microsoft account. Are there any other ways to obtain the necessary HEVC codecs?
