I have a new laptop with Excel 2016 installed. My work involves formatting files to be loaded into other databases. I usually send files by email or a Sharefile account. The recipient of the file needs to be able to open it and then save into their own system. However, with Excel 2016, I seem to be stuck in an Excel Online environment. People who receive my files can open and view them, but cannot save them into their own system. How can I disable whatever feature is causing these problems?

I cannot connect to Xbox Live, which I need to get Netflix. It just says I must get an IP address. Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test? Have you installed any updates recently? Is there anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have several Microsoft casual games that I've paid the premium for and can't get them to open. Only the solitaire collection will open. My computer is an ASUS running Windows 10. I haven't installed any updates recently, and this issue recurs every couple of months. When I try to open the games, they show the start page with the game name and then quit without loading further. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

I have paid for my AVG subscription for the year 2017/2018, but it keeps telling me I am not covered. I paid $81.99 on 17/9/17. I have an HP tower and a Samsung screen. I have installed updates recently, but the issue persists. I am not computer savvy. What should I do to resolve this issue?
