I am the AP World History teacher at Lutheran South Academy in Houston. Our class uses the Ways of the World: A Global History with Sources textbook by Strayer. We have student access codes for putting each student the textbook on their laptop but can't access the textbook. Do I need to do something to get these codes to work?

My Bluetooth stopped working, so I booted into safe mode to fix it, but now my password isn't being recognized. I've tried every password I know, changed it online, and even tried booting in safe network mode, but my computer won't connect to the internet to recognize the new password. I'm stuck on the login screen and can't access any troubleshooting options. How can I get out of safe mode and log into my laptop?

I have not been able to access my Facebook account since 08/26. Facebook says my phone number and email address are attached to another account and will not allow me to use any of these to gain the access codes I need. I do not have two-method authentication. What can I do to recover my account?
