I have a new phone and I’ve been waiting for a SIM card. I have tried everything but nothing works. Can I get a refund and put that money on another phone? I would like a phone with a SIM card already in it. My current wireless carrier is Qlink, and my SIM card came at a different time. Is there anything else the Smartphone Expert should know before I connect you?
