I have a new replacement battery for my 2004 Laptop G550, but it will not charge. The original battery would not hold charge and eventually wouldn't charge at all. I replaced the battery twice, and neither would charge. I also replaced the charger, and the old battery charged but still won't hold charge. The new battery won't charge at all, even though the computer recognizes the battery is there. What could be the issue, and what steps can be taken to resolve it?

I am having issues with my Windows 10 account, specifically being locked out and needing to reset my password. Additionally, I need assistance with a bug in my email that adds an unwanted header, automatic sign-on for Windows 10 and AOL.com, ensuring all apps and printers are working correctly, and knowing the passwords for both printers. I am deaf and handicapped, so I need help with these issues.

I was in the middle of a remote session with a technician when my house lost power. I'd like to continue and get the problem with my Brother MFC-J410W printer resolved. I am using a PC with Windows Vista 7. The issue has occurred before, and a technician previously repaired it remotely two months ago. I already paid $39 but did not get results due to the power outage. How can we proceed to resolve this issue?

My Word documents look like Chinese with faded symbols and a $ sign in front. I have a Gateway NV55C computer with MS operating system. Some documents and pictures disappeared after using a recovery program. Additionally, there's a fake Google alert saying my computer will become useless within an hour. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?

I seem to have lost all the extensions on my Google homepage, including my important RoboForm password toolbar. My computer is a Hewlett Packard 2311x running Windows 10, and I purchased it over 5 years ago. I have tried troubleshooting by reloading the latest RoboForm version and enabling addons, but the issue persists. Additionally, Internet Explorer has removed all my taskbar addons on the homepage, including printer options and another password toolbar. What can I do to restore these toolbars?
