I have a new Suzuki mini grand piano. The keys respond differently, with some ringing/sustaining as expected and others being muted. Different pressure is required for different keys, and the piano must be played at full volume. The audio works with headphones or external speakers, but not with the piano's internal speakers. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
