I have a new Toshiba P775, and after installing Office 10, the computer is stuck on 'logging off' for hours. The computer has no virus protector, and I have not been using the internet since installing Office 10. I can turn off the power, but as soon as I power it up again, the same screen persists. I have tried CTRL-ALT-DEL and CTRL-Shift-ESC but cannot get a task manager to appear, and no keyboard inputs have any effect. What can I do to resolve this issue?
