I keep receiving messages that my license is about to expire and that I need to connect to the dealer's organization activation service for reactivation. I prefer to downgrade to Windows 10 Home and install my own copy to avoid further license complications. What should I do?

My wired ethernet adapter is not working on my Asus flip screen laptop running Windows 10. The wireless connection is fine, but the wired connection stopped working after initially working. I have tried different cables and ensured the driver is up to date, with Windows indicating the adapter is okay and functioning.

I began a Phone Authentication process for my Microsoft Account yesterday at 4:00 pm CST, and as of today, the Authenticator is still showing 8-digit codes. This has been ongoing for over 24 hours. I used an iPhone with iOS. I haven't tried anything yet as I thought the process would complete on its own. Can you help?
