I have a Palm Tungsten E2 PDA that stopped working after charging. I need to retrieve contact information and other data. If the PDA can't be fixed, can I transfer data to a new Palm PDA or a non-Palm PDA? Are there simple instructions available for this process?

My scanner keeps popping up Microsoft Office Publisher and doesn't scan. What am I doing wrong? You just helped me and it scanned when you were in the computer, but it won't get past MOP. I know it's the operator and not the computer. How can I resolve this issue so I don't have to go through this process each time I want to scan a picture?

I went on vacation for 2 weeks and when I returned, I can't remember my password for my email account XXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. Can you help me recover my email? I was a Time Inc employee for 17 years and was a paying customer until the end. I'll pay the $38, but it's upsetting to me.

I have moved from Washington to Tennessee and have a new provider. I don't have a cell phone or know a PIN. I don't have a smartphone; I have a tower Lenovo and Microsoft Edge. What should I do to set up my new provider?

My Twitter account was suspended over a month ago and I received only bot responses when trying to get it unsuspended. I created a secondary account using the same phone number, which also got suspended. What can be done to rectify this situation?
