I have a picture file saved on my desktop that I want to export to my Shutterfly picture book. I am using a Picasa album and have tried downloading it to both my Picasa account and Shutterfly without success. How can I transfer this file to Shutterfly?

My Toshiba laptop won't start and keeps showing a disc inconsistency error. Windows automatically checks the disc for errors every time I try to turn it on, but I can't get to my desktop. Is there anything I can do to restore everything or reboot everything?

I have an HP Pavilion m9040n Elite that stays on for about 15 to 30 minutes and then the monitor goes black with a 'no signal' display, while the CPU stays on. I have to reboot the computer to start over. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
