My HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 printer is displaying error code 0x6100004a. The error appears on all print jobs even after restarting the printer. There is no paper jam, and the issue has persisted for more than two weeks. I have reset the printer multiple times, and while I was able to print some pages, it disconnects several times. The carriage does not move as it should. I don't remember the last time I updated the printer driver software. What can be done to resolve this issue?
