I have a problem with Windows Mail in Vista. Up to 3 days ago, when receiving mail, the PC would notify me with a sound. This is no longer happening. I have checked the 'Play sound when new message arrives' option in Tools - Options - General, and it is ticked. I have also gone to Sounds - Sounds in the Control Panel, but 'New message sounds' no longer appears in the program list. How can I refresh this box or resolve this issue?

My printer and computer have a communication problem. The printer either prints a blank page or only the first page of hotmail messages. The printer is a Lexmark X5650. This has been a problem for a while. Any suggestions?

Why can I not get into my Hotmail account with the ID and password XXXXX that have been used for years? I am receiving an error message stating that the ID or password is incorrect.
