I have a Quattro Pro WB1 spreadsheet from 1997 that I want to view using Excel 2010 on Windows 7. I don't have access to Quattro Pro and am looking for a way to view the contents without concern for formulas. What are my options?

My computer is not functioning correctly, including not being able to run Windows Installer to uninstall a corrupted program (Dragon, Naturally Speaking) or run CCleaner in safe mode to clean the registry. I am trying to perform a system restore to revert the computer to a previous state before the current issue occurred, but the system requires Service Pack 3 to be installed, which I have downloaded but cannot install. Additionally, system restore fails and advises restarting, repeating the same message. What can I do to resolve these issues?
