I have a Royal mess. I think I have been scammed and all my channels have locked. To unlock them, they are trying to charge me a fee (on each channel) and they want a credit card number to do so. My daughter is in Utah and I am on her computer (her mother, 74 years old) now trying to straighten this out. Please help me.

I have a Canon DC220 camcorder. I can view the movies I've taken, but when I try to use ZoomBrowser to edit them, I can't pull the files up. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Yesterday my computer started loading pages very slowly, worse than dial-up connections. I have rebooted, deleted temp internet files, deleted lots of emails, de-fragged, and nothing has improved. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I have a Dell computer running Windows 7 that is 2 years old. Recently, programs have started to crash, including Excel. Yesterday, I noticed a message in the lower right corner of my screen stating 'This copy of Windows is not genuine.' What could be causing this issue and my programs to crash? Unable to log into my last year's account. The alternative is to input my SSN and phone number, but I'm not comfortable with this option as it doesn't show a security lock icon. My phone number and address have changed since last year. Should I enter as a new subscriber?
