I have a Surface Pro 7 that I've had for over a year and have never used it properly. I don't understand what to do with it, and every time I log in, it shows an error and directs me to links that won't open, asking me to contact my administrator, which I don't have since I retired. I'm an Apple person and might have made a mistake buying this computer. What should I do to resolve these issues and understand how to use my Surface Pro 7?
