I have a term deposit with SBI in India and want to close it to deposit the funds in US dollars into my US account. My brother in Erode TN, who has Power of Attorney (POA), also has access to this account. How can I close the term deposit and transfer the funds to my US account?

I am a paying customer. Every time I try to log in, I get an incorrect password error. I have chosen to reset my password over 20 times, but the site never sends a reset email. I have checked my spam and suspect folders. This is pretty sad technical support. Here is my registered email: ***@******.***. Help or refund, your choice.

I bought a new Chromebook and can't change my password, which is preventing me from accessing it. I last changed the password about 7 months ago and haven't tried using a password reset disk or other recovery utility. What should I do to regain access to my Chromebook?
