I have a Toshiba Satellite A505 and I have no audio. It says I have no audio output device installed, but everything was fine a few days ago. Now, the speaker icon has a red X, and I can only listen to audio if I connect the laptop to my TV with an HDMI cable. What should I do?

When sending e-mail, I notice people sent to say "offline". Instructions say to download Windows Mobile Device Center. I see several versions. Can you help me get this new computer loaded with Windows Live 2011? I had no problem with Outlook Express. There is something about me being connected with Windows Messenger. Is that the problem? Also, how do you put the favorites bar at the top without it disappearing and the menu line (file, print, etc)?

My account has been blocked. I have tried to follow the directions and answer all the questions. The message says I'm not! Then I find directions that says I can enter my phone # XXXXX get a code. But can't find where to enter phone #. What do I do now?
