I have a Traeger BBQ400 model. The temperature display on the grill is inaccurate, bouncing between 350 to 500 degrees on the high setting, and it takes multiple shutoffs and restarts to get an accurate reading. Sometimes it doesn't heat up enough to cook. I've cleaned the temperature probe, tried different bags of Traeger pellets, and stored the grill in a heated garage. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
