I have a trial version of Microsoft Office that I activated with a product key. I later received CDs for Office, but they require a different key which I never had. How can I make Office work again, and what is the purpose of the CDs if they cannot be used with my existing key?

I lost my Facebook password and when I tried to reset it after 24 hours, it wouldn't let me because it didn't believe it was me, even though I answered the security questions correctly. Additionally, my email password isn't working, and I keep getting error messages. I've been housebound due to illness for 6 months, and my computer is my only contact with the outside world. How can I regain access to my Facebook and email accounts?

I am unable to upload pictures from my laptop to any website. It keeps dropping the connection. I am able to upload from another laptop with no problems. Could there be something wrong with my laptop?
